Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, in the categories described below. Essential technologies are always active. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are off unless you choose to allow them, and they are not loaded before you make a choice.

Essential. These are needed for the website to work and stay secure:

• samaritan_consent (local storage): records your cookie choices and when you made them, so we can respect them on later visits. It stays in your browser until you clear your browser storage or we ask you to choose again.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: our contact form, newsletter sign-up, and the AI assistant’s request-a-callback form are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security and anti-spam control used to help confirm that a form submission comes from a real visitor rather than automated abuse. To do this, Turnstile may process technical signals about your device and browser. Turnstile runs within Cloudflare’s own environment, including a frame served directly by Cloudflare, and may use cookies or other technical identifiers within that environment as part of performing this verification.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you allow Analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how our website is used so we can improve it. This involves Google receiving information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at our website (for example, from a search engine or a link that includes campaign or advertising click details), and device and browser details. We have configured Google Analytics with Google signals and ad personalization signals turned off. Google Analytics sets these first-party cookies:

• _ga and _ga_B2Q8F2P1XZ: distinguish visitors and visits. In our testing in Google Chrome, these were set to expire after 400 days.

Advertising (Google Ads conversion measurement). Only if you allow Advertising, we use Google Ads conversion measurement to learn whether a visit that began with one of our Google ads led to a Samaritan Vigil™ demo request. This involves Google receiving information such as the advertising click identifier included in the link you followed, device and browser details, the page involved, and the fact that a demo request was submitted. The conversion event we configure contains only a fixed conversion label, value, and currency; we do not intentionally include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, or message contents in it. We have configured ad personalization to remain off. Google Ads conversion measurement uses:

• _gcl_au (cookie): supports conversion measurement. In our testing in Google Chrome, it was set to expire after 90 days.
• _gcl_aw (cookie): stores the advertising click identifier when you arrive from a Google ad. In our testing in Google Chrome, it was set to expire after 90 days.
• _gcl_ls (local storage): stores advertising click information used for conversion measurement.

Calendly scheduler. Our Book a Demo window does not load Calendly when it opens. Calendly is loaded only if you choose “Continue to Calendly” or open Calendly separately, and its own cookies and similar technologies then apply. See Calendly under Third Party Services below.

Your choices. You can accept or reject optional cookies, or choose categories individually, when you first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw a choice, our website stops the related Google service and deletes the cookies and local storage entries listed above for that category that it can access. You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features, including the ability to submit our forms.

Third Party Services

Our website currently uses the following third-party service providers:

• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this website. Google Fonts is loaded directly from Google, so when your browser requests these fonts, your IP address may be transmitted to Google as part of that request.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, described above, which provides strictly necessary security and anti-spam verification on our contact form, newsletter sign-up, and AI assistant request-a-callback form.
• Google Analytics 4, described above, used only if you allow Analytics.
• Google Ads conversion measurement, described above, used only if you allow Advertising.
• Calendly, which provides the scheduler in our Book a Demo feature. The embedded scheduler is loaded only after you choose “Continue to Calendly” in the Book a Demo window, or if you choose to open Calendly separately in a new tab. Once loaded, Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies for scheduling functionality, security and fraud prevention, analytics, and marketing. Technologies we observed when the scheduler loaded included services from Cloudflare, OneTrust, Stripe, and Google reCAPTCHA, as well as analytics and marketing providers used by Calendly. After Calendly is loaded, its processing is governed by Calendly’s own Privacy Notice, including its cookie and local storage disclosures, and Calendly may show its own cookie notice. Samaritan does not control the technologies Calendly uses within its scheduler. If you prefer not to load Calendly, you can use our contact form instead.

We may also use website hosting and infrastructure providers to operate this website. These providers may have access to information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are expected to safeguard that information.

AI Assistant and Chat Data

When you use our website’s AI assistant, we may process the questions and conversation content you submit to provide responses and improve support. If you request follow-up, we may also collect the contact information you choose to provide. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or operational security information through the assistant. AI-assisted responses may not always be complete or accurate.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
